About FWOTC

First Way of the Cross (FWOTC) Church of the Apostolic faith, was founded in 1937, and is affiliated with the Church Of Our Lord Jesus Christ (COOLJC). FWOTC is a church believing in the Father, Son and Holy Ghost all in one, and His name is Jesus. FWOTC teaches and preaches the unadulterated Gospel of Jesus Christ. 

From 1995 to 2020, FWOTC was led by Bishop Gerald A. Beals Sr. It flourished and became a pillar in the community, and continues to do so under the new leadership of District Elder Wynton L. Dunham. Feeding the hungry, visiting the sick and reaching families wherever they are, FWOTC believes in the holistic gospel approach. We believe in edifying and nurturing the total man. We believe in all that we do, we must do it through the spirit of Excellence!

Apostolic Creed:

Our creed, discipline, rules of order and doctrine is the Word of God as taught and revealed by the Holy Ghost. It is our belief that all scripture is given by the inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works (2 Timothy 3:17).
